    Eternity X was formed in by Keith Sudano (vocalist) and Robert "Zeek" Maziekien (bassist). Other band members came and went but for the recording of The Edge (), the other members were Jeffrey Shernov (Guitar), Jamie Mazur (keyboards) and Jimmy Peruta (drums). The Edge/5(19).

    The ETERNITY X albums surely deserves greater attention than most of the new Progressive heavy-metal bands, in a recently quite crowded genre (Both quantitatively and qualitatively).     The Edge adds a tremendous progressive sound -- the songs are longer and more unique, and the performance is unbelievable. Of all the brilliant qualities, Keith's diverse vocals stand out above everything else. "The Confession," "Imaginarium," "The Edge of Madness" and "Baptized By Fire" are some of the best songs on this album.9/

    Some of the highlights from this album include 'Imaginarium', 'The Edge of Madness', 'The Confession', 'Baptized by Fire', and parts two, three and the "Legacy Reprise" section of 'The Edge'. The album is consistently strong from start to finish.

    Before the next album, Eternity X decided to add a keyboard player, Jamie Mazur. The new album, entitled The Edge, was released in and was more progressive than Eternity X's previous albums, showing a band hitting their musical stride. The music, lyrics and performance are unique, varied and brilliant.

    The bottom line is that The Edge manages to combine every major emotion into a 74 minute work of art about the human spirit, a work of art which feels complete. I cannot give it enough praise. The Edge remains a relevant and timeless masterpiece. And I know that, there is a savior, when the day is through. A passive knowing, faithful wanting.
